On the recommendation of the Practicing Members Committee (PMC), the Council of the Institute in its 416th meeting held on June 7, 2026 has approved the inclusion of the new clauses in Section 370 of the ICAP Code of Ethics for Chartered Accountants (Revised 2024) to be effective from July 01, 2026.<\/p>\n

On the recommendation of the Auditing Standards and Ethics Committee (ASEC), the Council of the Institute in its 387th meeting held on July 19-20, 2024 has adopted the revised Code of Ethics to be effective from January 01, 2026.<\/p>\n
