S. Shomail A. Naqvi is the Group Managing Director of THK Group. He brings over 22 years of multi-jurisdictional leadership across the United Kingdom and Pakistan, operating at the intersection of enterprise growth, corporate governance, risk assurance, and digital transformation.

With a professional accounting background through ICAEW, Shomail previously led and managed the Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance practice for outsourced governance clients at KPMG, following foundational assurance and risk advisory tenures with Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Habib Bank AG Zurich, and J. Awan & Partners. In his executive leadership at THK Group, he oversees multi-disciplinary corporate practices focusing on business transformation, governance modernization, and technology-driven operational resilience.

He actively contributes to strategic initiatives aimed at equipping the corporate and finance sectors for emerging technologies, including national guidelines on Corporate AI Adoption, IT risk assurance frameworks, and data governance standards. Beyond his corporate stewardship, he actively serves in philanthropic governance and trustee roles across healthcare and education.
