Abdul Qadir is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Global Management Accountant (UK). He currently serves as VP Finance & IT / CFO at Dalda Foods Limited. With over two decades of cross-sector leadership experience, he has led enterprise transformation, commercial acceleration, portfolio optimization, and digital enablement across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, energy, and textiles.
Over the years, he has partnered closely with CEOs and Boards to strengthen financial performance, capital efficiency, governance, and organizational capability. He has also served as Group CFO at one of Pakistan’s largest FMCG groups and led the successful SAP implementation across diversified businesses, embedding global best practices to drive operational excellence and sustainable long-term value creation.
Arsalan, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan (ICAP) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales. He is currently working as Director Examination and Assessment at National Institute of Banking and Finance, Pakistan (Subsidiary of State Bank of Pakistan), responsible for Examination and Assessment function of the Institute, he has joined the NIBAF Pakistan formerly (The Institute of Bankers Pakistan) in October 2017 as Director Academics and Examinations.
He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Karachi University and has extensive professional experience in finance, auditing, and education. He started his career with Pakistan Stock Exchange (Previously Karachi Stock Exchange) in Company Affairs Department, after which he moved to work for a Listed Brokerage House as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. In 2011, he joined The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan as Senior Manager (Examinations). His expertise includes developing educational policies, managing examinations, conducting audits, financial management, and compliance with corporate governance. He has also worked with Sindh Government on World Bank Funded Project in Education Sector and KPMG Taseer Hadi & Company, auditing various high-profile clients across multiple sectors.
He has been serving in different committees of ICAP and is currently part of the ICAP Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) and Benevolent Fund Management Committee.
Fahim is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with over 14 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and business leadership. He is currently serving as CFO at Orient Energy Systems (Pvt) Limited. He possesses extensive expertise in financial management, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, business planning, internal controls, and process optimization. Throughout his career, he has successfully designed and implemented efficient financial ecosystems that enhance governance, improve operational performance, and provide strategic insights to support sustainable business growth.
A strong advocate of data-driven decision-making, he leverages advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Excel, and automation technologies, to transform complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights. His ability to combine financial expertise with analytical thinking enables organizations to make proactive, informed, and strategic decisions.
He is passionate about continuous improvement, digital transformation, and developing finance functions into value-adding business partners. He also actively contributes to the professional community through training, knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices in finance, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
Kamran Azim, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), with over 30 years of diversified experience across assurance, advisory, corporate finance, microfinance, and education finance. He spent 10 years with KPMG Pakistan and served as Financial Controller at Total Parco Pakistan for five years. He subsequently led Kashf Foundation for nearly 15 years before founding Taleem Finance Company Ltd., Pakistan’s first dedicated Education Finance NBFC, as its pioneer CEO in 2019.
A strong advocate for corporate governance, internal controls, and strategic development, particularly in the Micro and SME sectors, Mr. Azim has been a keynote speaker at major national and international development-sector forums. He has attended advanced leadership programmes at Harvard Business School, Wharton, and Oxford University.
For over 25 years, he has served as visiting faculty for Strategic Business Management and regularly contributes as a trainer for ICAP’s Directors Training Programmes. A former member of the World Bank/IMF Civil Society Organizations group, he represented Pakistani civil society at the Partnership for Change initiative in Oslo. In 2023, he received ICAP PAIB’s first-ever Professional Excellence Award for Best Business Leader for his contributions to finance and social development.
Kashif Shafi is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), and a senior finance professional with over 20 years of leadership experience across financial planning, business partnering,
treasury, automation, and organizational transformation.
He currently serves at the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) as Executive Director, Pakistan’s oldest and largest platform representing over 200 multinational corporations and foreign investors. His earlier roles include Finance Director at Pfizer Pakistan, following foundational experience at Deloitte and PwC.
Beyond his corporate role, he serves on the Board of The Health Foundation, supporting efforts to eliminate hepatitis in Pakistan. He has also contributed to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) subcommittees, having served on its Taxation and Technical Advisory Committees and ESG Task Force. Kashif's involvement with ICAP, includes participation in the PAIB Committee, where he leads the Gulf Project.
Kauser Parveen, FCA, is the Chief Financial Officer of PAIR Investment Company Limited, a joint venture Development Finance Institution of the Governments of Pakistan and Iran. With more than two decades of experience across banking, development finance, Islamic finance, corporate governance, and financial management, she has led several strategic transformation initiatives, including the institution's transition towards a Shariah-compliant financial model.
She currently serves as Chairperson of the Quality Assurance Board (QAB) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and is an active member of various professional committees focused on corporate governance, sustainability, and public interest. A Fellow Chartered Accountant, Certified Director, and Certified Islamic Banker, Kauser is passionate about strengthening governance frameworks, advancing financial sector reforms, and promoting leadership excellence within Pakistan's corporate sector.
Muhammad Noman Farooq, FCA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Security Papers Limited and a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), with over 17 years of post-qualification experience with over 17 years of post-qualification experience in finance leadership. He has held senior positions at leading multinational and listed companies, including BASF Pakistan, Pakistan International Container Terminal (ICTSI Group), Mondelez Pakistan, A. F. Ferguson & Co. (PwC), and Security Papers Limited.
His expertise spans financial strategy, corporate reporting, taxation, treasury, performance management, internal controls, and digital finance transformation. He has led major SAP implementation and finance transformation projects, strengthened governance frameworks, and enhanced financial planning and forecasting processes.
He also brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, transaction advisory, and post-acquisition integration. An active contributor to the accounting profession, he has served on various ICAP committees, including the PAIB Committee, CPD Committee, and Digital Assurance and Accounting Board (DAAB).
Murtaza Jangda is a seasoned finance professional with over 14 years of leadership experience in prestigious firms like PwC, EY, Siemens, Emaar and IGI (Packages Group).
Beyond his corporate endeavours, he is passionate about community service and youth empowerment. For six years, he has led the Youth Summit from World Memon Organisation and Memon Professional Forum, organizing conferences that inspire and unite future leaders. Additionally, he is co-founder of an NGO (Thar Kunwaa Foundation) working extensively in Thar Pakistan.
Murtaza's involvement with his alma mater ICAP, includes participation in the PAIB Committee, where he leads initiatives such as the Pakistan Trading Competition.
Shoaib is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), with 18+ years of experience in reputed local and multinational companies, such as Ernst & Young (EY) (Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, and Jeddah Offices), PwC, Pak-Qatar Takaful Group, Hino Motors, and Inbox Technologies. Along with a CA and MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) - Pakistan, he also holds qualifications like: ISO Auditor (9001-2015), CFE from the USA, and Certified Director from the PICG-IFC.
He is currently serving as Group Chief Strategy Officer in Pak Qatar Group and leading the Strategy & Performance Management. His recent achievements were the PQ Group turnaround, restructuring, process digitization, cultural transformation, curtailing costs, business growth, and the creation/execution of a new strategy. His array of qualifications, diversified experience, and can-do attitude help him to drive real value in terms of profitability and growth.
Shoaib has also made significant contributions to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), particularly through his involvement with the PAIB Committee, where he has played an active role in advancing initiatives and contribute with excellence to the wider ICAP community.
